Vancouver Pinoys rally to celebrate decision against China

Filipinos in Vancouver lead by Treenee Lopez of the Global Pinoy Diaspora Canada celebrated the decision of the United Nations-backed  Permanent Court of Arbitration in the case filed by the Philippines against China for  its illegal occupation of its territories in the West Philippine Sea by holding a rally in front of the Chinese Consulate in Vancouver on July 12.  This coincides with similar rallies around the world in New York, Chicago, San Francisco, Washington DC, and Manila all in front of the Chinese Consulates.

The Vietnamese Community in Vancouver led by its president Harry Mai also participated in the rally, Vietnam also has a territorial dispute in China along with other Asian countries. See photos of the rally
